  Terrible...thoughtless..unprofessional..unorganized..lost flowers..minister went on about things unrelated..did not understand paperwork..total confusion..would not recomend this chapel...you can do way better!

  My wife and I are truly filled with gratitude to Greg at the Keizer Funeral Chapel. Greg supported us and went the extra mile through the entire process of saying goodbye to my father. He filled the role of that knowledgable, uplifting and encouraging relative that we all need at a time like this. He communicated with us sensitively, tactfully and returned calls without delay. He helped us and kept in touch with us from beginning to end. He even stepped in and helped film the funeral. As I said to him after my father's service, it takes a special kind of person to do what he does and especially so well. He truly is gifted and a perfect fit for this ministry to people. Thankyou Greg. You helped my father have an honorable parting from this earth. You have become a permanent part of our family. We won't forget you.
